heh.. like wad i've been saying for almost the past week..

monday!

first.. on the first day of school.. it was Service Skills Methodology..
my most waited subject!
why why WHY?
cos i've heard so much abt it!

from apple, saying she saw htm ppl do all those stuffs.. so poor thing!

eh.. and ya ya.. tiffany.. and all the others.. wan qian.. =)

hmm, so on that day i was supposed to meet jasmine lie at the bus stop.. den.. i tink aft i went down and called her.. i sorta lost / misplaced my phone?
*faints*
haiz.. siansational.. oh.. but dont worry huh?
i might hv lost a great deal of contacts.. but i still managed to keep my old number..

we met earlier to bin our hair? make up? change into the uniform [pants, shirt, apron, court shoes,tie.. ]?
wow.. and we were running our way up to the third level lor..
and the next i rmb was Mr goh shouting at us saying that those who appear in the room after 7:59 will be considered late..
oh man.. and we were all supposed to line up according to the register?
but since this includes like 30 ppl? i think? it was pretty messy..

haiyo.. anyway.. the hell starts from the second the lesson started..

there's Mr Malik, Ms Mark, Mr Neo and another guy? They were there to inspect our uniform, finger nails, shoe [well-polished], hair [no single strand of hair sticking out]...
well well.. i REALLY REALLY am not exaggerating ok?

first.. we got a tour of Temasek Culinary Academy [TCA]?
den we had to learn abt alot of stuffs? LOL.. wait wait!! i shall scan the notes i've taken..

we did all those china wares..

and nxt.. it was horror.. we're supposed to carry 2 plates..
hmm.. sounds really simple huh?
pls wait till u carry one plate and get a feel of it ok?

and i assure you that i seriously wanna kow tow to them for being able to get hold of such heavy plates! and wad's more? so many of them?
we're supposed to hold 2 of them in one hand.. NOT ONLY THAT..
but we're also supposed to balance those 2 plates on one hand..
we also hv to get the 2 plates.. and hold it in that position for first.. 1 min.
den 2 min.. 3 min.. and 4 min.. and if anyone's plate touches the table..

erms.. just wen ew tot we graduated from that.. we're told to carry the plates with marbles on top of each plate..
so.. i fur plate is level, the marble would be circling the plate.. but slanted? the marble would drop off lor..

eh.. nxt it was polishing glasses?

nah.. not really polishing them..it was a demo?
yep yes.. but i did try..
den it was the part where we had to go outdoors..

and we had to carry an oval tray filled with water bottles that's filled with water!!
and for girls.. it includes one BRICK!
yes yes! you din see wrongly..
it's those bricks for construction?

faints.. mike's brother from htm holds the no 2 position for carrying 12 bricks?
while the best from LRM [aka my batch] managed 3.. lol..
and it's big BEN!! benjamin from dragon boat..

and seriously.. one brick is enuf for me..

which means.. 75% of it is oil!!!

hmm.. nth much? we had to complete the knife skills.. which is cutting these veg..
and we had to cut onions.. so diff lar..


den aft tt.. went home to dump my uniform.. and BAND.. AGAIN???
and my oh my?!! my hands were aching badly cos of those bricks man..
